Yoga is not competitive.  It helps create balance in the mind and body.
Through the regular practice of yoga you will notice the benefits such as improved strength, stamina and flexibility. It helps to tone the body and can be part of a weight loss programme. Breathing improves as does one’s focus and concentration.  Stress can also be significantly reduced.
